- 🧄 1 clove garlic

STEPS
Cut the tomato in half vertically, remove the stem, and slice into wedges. Then cut each wedge in half. Slice the garlic in half vertically, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry to remove excess moisture.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook over medium heat until the shrimp changes color. Add the tomato and stir gently, cooking until softened.
