INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 5 shiso leaves
Dressing
- 1 plum (seed removed)
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the tomato in half vertically, remove the stem, and slice into quarters. Then cut each quarter diagonally in half. Slice the shiso leaves into thin strips and remove the stems. Remove the seed from the plum and finely chop it.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (plum, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil). Add the tomato and shiso leaves, then toss gently.
