INGREDIENTS
Tofu
- 150g silken tofu
Seafood
- 20g dried shirasu
Vegetables

- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Seasoning

- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the tofu into halves. Mince the green onion and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, sesame oil, pepper). Add the minced green onion, cherry tomatoes, and dried shirasu to create the sauce.
Place the tofu on a serving dish and pour the sauce over it.
