- 30 g prosciutto

- 🌿 5 basil leaves, torn

STEPS
Cut the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomato into 1 cm cubes. Tear the basil leaves into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the diced tomato, basil, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Slice the baguette into 1 cm thick pieces. Drizzle olive oil (extra, as needed) and spread grated garlic evenly on each slice. Toast in a toaster until golden brown.
Top each baguette slice with prosciutto and the tomato-basil mixture evenly.
