INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g), cut into wedges
- 50g mozuku seaweed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of pepper
- 400ml water
STEPS
Cut the tomato into wedges and then halve them horizontally.
In a pot, mix all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) and heat over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot using chopsticks, allowing it to set. Then add the tomato and mozuku seaweed and simmer briefly.
Drizzle vinegar and sesame oil over the soup before serving.
