INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 1 bag arugula
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
STEPS
Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes and cut the arugula into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a container.
Combine the tomato, drained tuna, arugula, and spaghetti in a bowl with the dressing. Mix well.
