    • 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
    • 🍢 1 block tofu
    • 🐟 1 can tuna
    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp red chili powder
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🦐 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 soup stock cubes
    • 💧 500 ml water

STEPS

Slice the green onion into small pieces.

Rinse the bean sprouts and spread them on the bottom of a pot.

Cut the tofu into 1 cm slices and place them on top of the bean sprouts.

Add red chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, and water to the pot.

Drain the oil from the canned tuna and place the tuna in the center of the pot.

Top with green onion slices and add the soup stock cubes.

Cook until the bean sprouts are tender, then serve.
