  • Starch Mixture (1:1)

    • Equal parts starch
    • 💧 Equal parts water

Freeze the tofu in its packaging for one day.

Thaw the frozen tofu in cold water and prepare it.

Press the tofu with a kitchen towel and plate to remove excess water.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, resembling sweet and sour pork chunks.

Place tofu pieces in a plastic bag with starch and shake to coat.

Fry the tofu in oil over medium heat until golden brown.

In a pan, combine water, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce.
