- 300g firm tofu
- đź§€ 60g shredded pizza cheese
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil

STEPS
Cut the tofu into 6 equal pieces and press between paper towels with a weight on top for 10 minutes to remove excess water.
Season both sides of the tofu with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with potato starch.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the tofu for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Sprinkle shredded cheese around the tofu and cook for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes crispy.
Plate the tofu steaks, garnish with black pepper, and serve with ketchup on the side.
