INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 30g tofu
- 2 sheets rice paper
- 5g minced pork
- 12g chopped kimchi
- 🌽 5g canned corn
- 🧅 5g chopped green onion
- 🧄 2g minced garlic
- sufficient vegetable oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 pinch sesame seeds
- sufficient chili sauce
STEPS
Season minced pork with a pinch of salt.
Prepare chopped green onion and minced garlic.
Squeeze out excess liquid from kimchi and chop finely.
Add tofu to the mixture and season with 2 pinches of salt.
Add a pinch of sesame seeds for a nutty flavor.
Mash all ingredients except corn using a spoon.
Add canned corn and gently mix into the filling.
Add a pinch of chili powder for spice (optional).
Soak rice paper in lukewarm water for 2 seconds and remove quickly.
Place filling on rice paper, fold sides, and roll tightly.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the rolls on medium heat.
Flip rolls once the surface turns crispy and golden.
