- Okra 5 pieces

STEPS
Cut off the root ends of the enoki mushrooms, separate them into small bunches, and blanch in boiling water for about 1 minute.
Rub the okra with salt to remove the fuzz, blanch briefly in boiling water, and slice into rings.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and lightly remove the moisture.
