INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup julienned carrot
- 🍄 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Protein
- 1/2 block tofu, diced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 100 ml water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
STEPS
Wash and chop bok choy, zucchini, bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Dice tofu into small cubes and pan-fry in sesame oil until golden and crispy.
Add chopped vegetables to the pan with tofu and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add minced garlic and oyster sauce to the pan, stirring to coat the ingredients evenly.
Pour in 100 ml of water and bring to a gentle boil.
Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water to create a slurry, then add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
