    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp ginger powder
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup

STEPS

Prepare the onion, kimchi, and pork belly. Clean the kimchi by removing excess filling.

Mix chopped kimchi, pork belly, minced garlic, and sliced onion in a bowl.

Add gochujang, chili powder, sugar, ginger powder, soy sauce, and corn syrup to the mixture and toss well.

Heat a pan and stir-fry the seasoned mixture until cooked through.

Boil tofu in water until heated through while stir-frying the kimchi mixture.

Cook somyeon noodles in the tofu water, then rinse in cold water and toss with sesame oil.

Slice the boiled tofu and plate it alongside the stir-fried kimchi mixture.
