    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 1 tbsp frying mix
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Sauce Ingredients

    • đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce or ketchup
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup

Cut 1/2 block of tofu into bite-sized cubes, approximately the size of a thumb joint.

Place tofu cubes, 1 tbsp frying mix, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper into a plastic bag. Seal the bag with air inside and shake to coat evenly.

Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 clove minced garlic, 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce or ketchup, 1 tbsp gochujang, and 1 tbsp corn syrup in a bowl.

Heat a pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil and fry the coated tofu cubes until golden and crispy.

Pour the prepared sauce over the fried tofu in the pan and stir on low heat until the tofu is evenly coated.

Transfer the tofu to a serving plate and sprinkle with 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish.
