    • 8g powdered gelatin
  • Topping

    • 4 tbsp black syrup

Prepare a heatproof container, add water and powdered gelatin, and let it bloom.

In a bowl, mix tofu, add milk, and strain the mixture. Then add sugar and mix well.

Microwave the bloomed gelatin at 600W for 10–20 seconds until dissolved, then add it to the tofu mixture and mix thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into an ice tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

Serve the pudding bites on a plate and drizzle with black syrup.
