Tofu Bacon Rolls

    • 🧈 1/2 block tofu
    • 🥓 10 slices bacon
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp wasabi

Cut the tofu into 1cm thick slices. Sprinkle both sides with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Wrap each tofu slice with a slice of bacon.

Heat a pan with a small amount of oil. Place the tofu bacon rolls seam-side down and cook over medium-low heat until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until evenly browned.

Mix 5 tbsp soy sauce with 1 tsp wasabi to create a dipping sauce.

Serve the tofu bacon rolls on a plate with the dipping sauce on the side.
