- 15g vermicelli
- 150g silken tofu

- 2 shiitake mushrooms

Soup Base
- 350cc water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste pepper
STEPS

Prepare all ingredients by slicing the green onion and shiitake mushrooms.

In a pot, combine water, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
