    • 🥚 300g silken tofu
    • 1/3 bag mizuna
    • 🍅 1/2 tomato
  • Sesame Ponzu Dressing

    • 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
    • 70g mayonnaise
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS

Drain the water from the silken tofu. Cut mizuna into 3cm pieces and slice the tomato into bite-sized chunks.

Mix all the ingredients for the sesame ponzu dressing in a bowl.

Arrange the tofu, mizuna, and tomato on a plate. Pour the sesame ponzu dressing over the top and serve.
