    • 🥬 Spinach 1 bunch (100g)
  • Soup Base

    • Dashi stock 500ml
    • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

STEPS

Wash the spinach thoroughly, blanch briefly, and stop the color with cold water. Then, drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the dashi stock in a pot over medium heat and season with soy sauce and salt.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and gently add it to the soup to warm.
