    • 🍥 Silken tofu 150g (cubed)
    • 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms 2 pieces (sliced)
    • 🍄 Enoki mushrooms 50g (root trimmed off)
    • 🥬 Spinach 100g (roughly chopped)
  • Soup Broth

    • đź§‚ Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
    • đź§‚ Salt to taste
    • 🍵 Japanese-style dashi broth 300ml

Put the Japanese-style dashi broth into a pot and heat over medium heat.

Add the shiitake mushrooms and enoki mushrooms, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Gently add the tofu to the pot and simmer for another 2 minutes.
