- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms 2 pieces (sliced)
- 🍄 Enoki mushrooms 50g (root trimmed off)
- 🥬 Spinach 100g (roughly chopped)
Soup Broth
- đź§‚ Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- đź§‚ Salt to taste
- 🍵 Japanese-style dashi broth 300ml

Put the Japanese-style dashi broth into a pot and heat over medium heat.

Add the shiitake mushrooms and enoki mushrooms, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
