    • 🍥 Silken tofu 1 block (about 300g)
    • 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms 4 pieces (thinly sliced)
    • Dried wakame 1 tablespoon (rehydrated)
  • Seasonings

    • Miso 2 tablespoons
    • đź§‚ Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
    • Dashi stock 500ml

STEPS

Put dashi stock in a pot and heat over medium heat.

Dissolve the miso just before boiling.

Add tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and rehydrated wakame and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

Lastly, add soy sauce, adjust the taste, and it's done.
