INGREDIENTS

- 🍥 Silken tofu 1 block (about 300g)
- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms 4 pieces (thinly sliced)
- Dried wakame 1 tablespoon (rehydrated)
Seasonings
- Miso 2 tablespoons
- đź§‚ Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- Dashi stock 500ml

Put dashi stock in a pot and heat over medium heat.

Dissolve the miso just before boiling.

Add tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and rehydrated wakame and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
