INGREDIENTS
Tofu
- 🥡 1 block firm tofu
Seafood
- 🐟 1 small can tuna (80g)
Vegetables
- 🥕 4cm carrot, julienned
- 80g mizuna, cut into 6cm lengths
Seaweed
- 2 tbsp dried hijiki
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
STEPS
Soak dried hijiki in water for about 10 minutes, then drain. Julienne the carrot and cut mizuna into 6cm lengths. Drain the canned tuna.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add tuna, hijiki, and carrot, stir-frying until the oil coats the ingredients. Tear the tofu into pieces and add to the pan, continuing to stir-fry.
After 2–3 minutes of stir-frying, add mirin and salt for seasoning. Add mizuna and stir-fry briefly to combine.
