INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu (approximately 300g)
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
- đź’§ 500ml water
STEPS
Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Add chicken stock powder, soy sauce, and salt, stirring well to create the soup base.
Cut the tofu into cubes and add it to the pot. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Beat the egg and slowly drizzle it into the soup. Stir gently and turn off the heat once it sets.
