INGREDIENTS
Main ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken breast 250g
- 🍢 Firm tofu 200g
Vegetables
- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms, 3 pieces
- 🌱 Spinach 100g
Seasonings
- đź§‚ Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Dashi stock, 500ml
- 🍶 Mirin, 1 teaspoon
STEPS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and lightly season with salt.
Cut the firm tofu into large pieces and lightly press to remove excess water.
In a pot, add the dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin, and bring to a boil.
Add the chicken, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms to the pot and simmer over medium heat.
Right before turning off the heat, add the spinach and cook briefly.
