  • Eggs

    • 🥚 3 eggs
  • Tofu

    • 150g silken tofu
  • Canned Goods

    • 1 can oil-packed tuna
  • Cheese

    • đź§€ 4 slices melting cheese
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
    • 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil

Drain the oil from the tuna can.

In a bowl, mash the tofu with a whisk until smooth.

Add eggs to the bowl and mix. Tear 2 slices of melting cheese into pieces and add them along with salt, dashi powder, and tuna. Mix well.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the mixture and stir lightly while cooking until semi-cooked. Fold the omelette in half.

Place the remaining 2 slices of melting cheese on top, cover with a lid, and cook until the cheese melts. Serve on a plate.
