INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 300g firm tofu
- 🐟 70g canned tuna in water
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🐟 4g bonito flakes
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Pat dry the firm tofu using kitchen paper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and tear the tofu into pieces by hand. Fry on medium heat until golden brown.
Add canned tuna and bean sprouts to the pan. Stir-fry until the bean sprouts soften.
Add soy sauce and bonito flakes. Stir quickly to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
