INGREDIENTS

- 1 piece Tochio fried tofu (170g)
Vegetables

Seasoning
- 1 packet bonito flakes (4g)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Slice the green onion lengthwise, then cut diagonally into thin slices.
In a bowl, mix the green onion and bonito flakes to create the green onion mixture.
Cut a deep slit into the Tochio fried tofu to create a pocket.
Fold the melting cheese slices and stuff them into the tofu pocket, followed by the green onion mixture.
Place the stuffed tofu in a frying pan, cover with a lid, and cook over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes until browned. Flip and repeat. Add the seasoning mixture and cook until glossy. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
