    • 🍝 100g spaghetti
    • 1/2 pack pea shoots
    • đź’§ 500cc hot water
  • Squid Mayo Sauce

    • 🦑 40g sashimi-grade squid
    • 🧡 2 tbsp tobiko
    • đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
    • đź’§ 1 tbsp reserved pasta water

Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them into thirds.

Slice the squid into thin strips.

Place the spaghetti (broken in half) in a microwave-safe container with hot water and 1/2 tsp salt. Microwave at 600W for 2–3 minutes longer than the package instructions. Reserve 1 tbsp of the cooking water and drain the rest.

Mix all sauce ingredients (Squid Mayo Sauce) in a bowl.

Add the pea shoots and cooked spaghetti to the sauce bowl and mix well.
