- 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder

Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them into thirds. Wrap the thick fried tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Cut the tofu in half and slice into 1cm widths.

In a bowl, combine the pea shoots, tofu, and all the seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
