    • 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
  • Oil

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • Topping

    • 🧅 5cm white part of green onion
