- 🌱 Soy sauce 3 tablespoons

STEPS
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate them for 15 minutes in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, mirin, garlic, and ginger.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and sear both sides of the chicken until golden brown. Set the chicken aside.
Using the same pan, stir-fry vegetables (carrot, green pepper, onion) and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Return the chicken to the pan with the vegetables, add the remaining marinade, and mix everything well.
