STEPS
Trim excess skin from the chicken thighs, then place them skin-side down in a frying pan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Once the skin is browned and crispy, flip the chicken and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Add the teriyaki sauce made of soy sauce, mirin, and sugar, and simmer while coating the chicken.
