- 🍬 Sugar 1 teaspoon

STEPS
Drain the tofu with kitchen paper and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange the tofu in a frying pan and lightly fry both sides over medium heat.
Add the sauce mixture of soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the frying pan, and heat while coating the tofu.
Defrost the frozen edamame and serve it alongside the tofu.
Sprinkle green onion and white sesame on top to finish.
