- 🐙 350g boiled octopus
Spices
- 4 slices ginger
Broth
- 💧 150cc water
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all broth ingredients (water, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) in a pressure cooker.
Add the octopus and ginger slices to the pressure cooker.
Seal the pressure cooker and heat on medium until pressure builds. Then reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally before opening.
