INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), chopped
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g), chopped
Seasonings
- 🍅 1/2 can (200g) canned tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- đź’§ 50ml water
STEPS
Slice the onion into 1cm wide pieces. Chop the carrot and king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces.
Pierce the chicken skin with a fork and cut into quarters.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in the rice cooker pot. Add chicken, onion, carrot, and mushroom, then flatten the mixture evenly. Cook using the regular rice cooking setting.
