INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g pasta
Seafood
- 25g tarako (1 piece)
Dairy
- 🥛 200cc milk
- 🧈 5g salted butter
Seasoning
- 200cc water
- 1 pinch consomme
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- A pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Cut the tarako and remove the contents.
Add milk, water, and consomme to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
Break the spaghetti in half and add it to the pan. Cover and cook on low heat for the time indicated on the package, stirring occasionally.
Remove the lid and stir lightly. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Turn off the heat and add tarako and butter. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
