- 1/2 cod roe (12.5g)

STEPS
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and make a cross-cut about 2/3 deep into each potato. Wrap them in wet kitchen paper followed by plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes until a skewer can easily pierce through.
Cut the cod roe lengthwise and extract the contents.
Mix the cod roe and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Serve the potatoes on a plate, add butter, and drizzle with the cod roe mayonnaise mixture.
