- Dashi stock (2 tbsp)

STEPS
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add sugar, soy sauce, and dashi stock. Mix well.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan over medium heat, lightly grease it with oil, and pour a small amount of egg mixture in.
When the eggs are slightly cooked, roll them from the back towards the front.
Pour the remaining egg mixture in portions and repeat the rolling process multiple times.
Once done, cut into bite-sized pieces and plate them.
