- 1 bag tama konnyaku
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 💧 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🌰 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
STEPS
Boil tama konnyaku in a pot with enough water to cover them. Once boiling, cook for 1 minute to remove odor, then drain.
In a pot, combine all sauce ingredients (☆) and heat over medium-low heat while stirring. Cook until the sauce thickens and loses its white appearance.
Skewer the tama konnyaku with bamboo sticks, place them on a plate, and pour the sauce over them.
