    • 40g vermicelli
    • 2 tsp salad oil
    • 3 leaves lettuce
    • 🍅 1 tomato
    • 🥑 1/2 avocado
    • Grated cheese to taste

    • 80g ground pork
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper

STEPS

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut tomato and avocado into 2cm cubes.

Place vermicelli in a microwave-safe container, add enough water to cover, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.

Drain and rinse vermicelli, then cut into manageable lengths.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and grated garlic, and sauté until the meat changes color.

Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the pan. Stir and cook until well combined.
