INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 pieces (240g) swordfish
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- Baby leaf, as needed
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
STEPS
Season the swordfish with salt and pepper, then coat it with all-purpose flour. Slice the garlic thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the swordfish and cook over medium heat until browned on one side, then flip and cook through.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar) to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens while coating the fish. Serve with baby leaf and cherry tomatoes.
