INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets swordfish (200g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Vegetables
- 8 snow peas
- Pickled ginger as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- White sesame seeds as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut swordfish into 1cm cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Cut boiled eggs in half.
Remove strings from snow peas, blanch briefly in boiling water, drain, and julienne.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add swordfish, and stir-fry over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula. Add sauce ingredients and cook until liquid evaporates.
Serve warm rice in a bowl, top with cooked swordfish, and garnish with boiled eggs, julienned snow peas, pickled ginger, and sesame seeds.
