INGREDIENTS
Main
- 8 slices of bonito sashimi
- 🧅 1 whole onion
- 2 stalks of green onion
Marinade
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut the onion in half vertically, remove the root, and slice thinly. Chop the green onion into small pieces.
In a storage bag, combine the marinade ingredients (☆) and onion. Massage the bag to mix the ingredients. Add the bonito slices, remove air from the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
