INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 100g of boiled chicken
- 🥬 1 handful of shredded cabbage
- 1 sliced bell pepper
Dressing
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌾 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Boil the chicken for 7–8 minutes in boiling water. Optionally, add 1 tbsp of cooking wine to remove any odor.
While the chicken is cooking, shred the cabbage and slice the bell pepper.
Prepare the dressing by mixing mustard, soy sauce, vinegar, water, plum extract, honey, sesame seeds, and minced garlic.
Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the shredded chicken, cabbage, and bell pepper in a bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
