    • Generous amount of cooking oil

    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
    • đź’§ 3 tbsp water

    • 🌰 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Remove the stems from shiitake mushrooms and cut them into quarters.

Place cornstarch in a plastic bag, add the mushrooms, and shake well to coat.
