INGREDIENTS

- 500g pork belly, cut into pieces
Vegetables
- 🥦 200g steamed broccoli florets

- đź§… 1 small onion, diced
Grains
- 🍚 3 cups steamed jasmine rice
Sauces/Seasonings
- 3 tbsp gochujang (spicy chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Oils
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
STEPS
Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Cook pork belly pieces until golden brown and crispy.
Add garlic and onion and sauté until slightly caramelized.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, and chili flakes.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan, tossing the pork to coat evenly.
Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens and glazes the pork.
Serve pork over a bowl of warm jasmine rice with broccoli on the side.
Top with sesame seeds and drizzle with sesame oil.
