    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • to taste sesame seeds
  • Seasoning Sauce

    • đź’§ 3 tbsp water
    • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp mirin

Soak the dried squid in warm water until softened for a tender texture.

Once softened, drain the squid and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

In a pan, combine 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp mirin, and 1 tsp minced garlic. Mix well with the squid.

Heat the pan over medium-low heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Stir-fry the seasoned squid for 2-3 minutes.

Before turning off the heat, add a drizzle of corn syrup and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds generously and stir for about 1 minute.
