    • 🐟 200g cod fillets
  • Vegetable

    • 1/2 pack pea shoots
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 2 tbsp potato starch
    • 5 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

STEPS

Cut the pea shoots into bite-sized pieces.

Pat the cod dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix cod with sake and grated ginger, then coat with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the cod skin-side down until lightly browned on both sides, then remove.

Wipe the pan clean and add the sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, then return the cod and coat until thickened.

Serve the cod over a bed of pea shoots.
