    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp gochujang

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.

Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 2 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another minute. Add the cabbage, cover, and steam for 1 minute.

Remove the lid and stir-fry until the cabbage softens. Add the sauce and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.

Turn off the heat, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, cover, and let the residual heat melt the cheese.
